Physiotherapy and Mobility, Exercise and Engagement

At Southern Cross Care, we believe physical mobility plays a vital role for residents and clients when it comes to their overall health and wellbeing. Our Physiotherapists and Mobility, Exercise and Engagement Support (MEE's) work in collaboration with our Leisure & Lifestyle team deliver personalised exercise, reablement and wellness programs. 

You can be part of a dynamic team who helps put vitality into residents' daily lives. You will work in partnership with residents and their families on providing activities based on their choice and health and wellness goals. Programs may include one-on-one therapy, exercise classes and group sessions. 

Highly motivated, team-orientated people with exceptional interpersonal skills are always welcomed to join our vibrant care teams at our residential homes as Physiotherapists and MEE’s. For our MEE roles you will be working towards either a physiotherapy or sports medicine qualification or be a registered personal trainer or exercise specialist. You will be mentored under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist with ongoing development opportunities.
