Suppliers & Procurement

At Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT), suppliers and business partners play an essential role to our success in delivering the range of services to our clients and residents.

Unless Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) and the supplier enter into a Standard Agreement, the supplier agrees that Purchase Order Terms and Conditions apply to the supply of goods and/or services to Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT).

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) strongly opposes all forms of modern slavery and the harm it inflicts upon its victims, their families, their communities, and society as a whole. Our Modern Slavery Statement sets out the actions taken by us to identify, prevent and mitigate modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chains.

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) expects suppliers and their employees, agents, and subcontractors to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct Policy to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place anywhere within our operations or supply chains.

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is committed to providing a safe work environment where individuals are encouraged to speak up and report conduct that causes them concern. Our Whistleblower Policy is designed to encourage and facilitate disclosure of misconduct, provide anonymity and protection for individuals in relation to such disclosures, and ensure that the matters disclosed are properly investigated and dealt with.
